Caesar salad is one of my favorite go-to salads as a meal or a side dish, especially when we are eating out. The rich and tangy dressing is tart, garlicky and creamy. De-lish!
I naturally assumed it was very difficult to make, and when I started researching what some of the common ingredients were, it saw that it could be very easy to make at home.

This is a simple and easy salad dressing that packs tons of flavor. This recipe is kid and toddler tested and approved and appeases even the picky eaters in the family. That is correct - this is salad that picky kids will eat! At least in our house they have. Caesar salad is one of the best and most versatile salads as it goes with chicken, shrimp, salmon – just about anything!
It is a flavorful salad and can be used with romaine lettuce in the traditional form, or I commonly throw in some spinach for extra Vitamin A and fiber. This is a great potential option for low carb, keto, and vegetarian diets.
The salad is best if the dressing is made ahead of time and then tossed all together about 15 minutes before serving. If you try it, please comment below how it turned out for you family and if your kids cleaned their plates!
Makes 6 servings as a side dish, or 3 meal sized salad servings
· 1/2 tsp White or Red Wine Vinegar
· 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
· 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
· 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
· 1 – 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (juice from ½ lemon)
· 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
· ½ cup Mayo (can substitute plain Greek yogurt)
· ½ cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
· Salt & Pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients together in a NutriBullet mixer and then toss with 6 - 8 cups of Romaine Lettuce. Sprinkle a few croutons in if desired.
